How do I become a wholesale customer?

To apply, please complete the wholesale application form on our website.Once your application is approved, you’ll unlock access to wholesale pricing and the ability to place orders directly online.

What are your minimum order requirements?

Our minimum order quantity is 1 carton, which contains 6 boxes/pouches or 120 sachets or serves of a single flavour of your choice.

What are your wholesale pricing and discounts?

Our wholesale pricing is available to approved wholesale customers. You will receive a discount off our retail prices.

What is your return policy?

We’re unable to accept product returns. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with delivery, please reach out to us at adrian@befirstornothing.com and our team will assist you.

What are your payment terms?

Credit card. Payment is due and payable upon placing the order.

How do you ship wholesale orders?

Wholesale orders are shipped through trusted carriers, including Australia Post (AusPost). Larger orders may be arranged with alternative carriers if required.

Yes, we provide wholesale partners with a dedicated wholesale pack that includes marketing resources to help you successfully promote and sell First or Nothing products. This may include digital assets, ingredient information, FAQs, and other sales tools.
